Why Arzadon

Why Coaches Choose Us

Community-Driven Culture

We are a tight-knit team that pushes each other to grow. Mentorship from Jay and the senior coaches is built into the culture — not an afterthought.

Get Paid for Results

Our trainers are compensated based on client outcomes, not just hours logged. When your clients succeed, you succeed. This model attracts coaches who care.

Holistic Approach

We do not just train bodies. Nutrition, supplementation, recovery, and data analysis are all part of the job. You will grow as a complete coach, not just a rep-counter.

Continuous Education

Poliquin, Kilo, N1, Clean Health — ongoing education is funded and encouraged. You will learn methodologies that set you apart from every other trainer in the city.

Premium Facility

Train clients in a state-of-the-art, private environment with Atlantis, Prime Fitness, Rogue equipment, InBody 770, and VO2 Master Analyzer.

From the Team

Working at Arzadon has completely changed the way I approach coaching. The mentorship, the systems, the culture — it pushes you to be better every single day. I have grown more as a coach in one year here than in three years on my own.

Frequently Asked Questions

What certifications do I need to apply?

+

We expect a minimum of a nationally recognized personal training certification (NSCA, CSEP, or equivalent). Beyond that, we value depth over breadth — coaches with specializations in strength, body composition, or performance testing are a strong fit. Poliquin, Kilo, or Clean Health credentials are a plus but not required.

How does results-based pay work for coaches?

+

Your base compensation is set at hire. On top of that, you earn performance bonuses tied directly to client outcomes — body composition improvements measured by InBody 770, goal attainment by week 16, and client retention. Coaches who produce results earn significantly more than coaches at hourly-rate studios.

Is this a full-time or part-time position?

+

We hire for both. Full-time coaches carry a caseload of 12–18 active clients. Part-time coaches work a reduced load with a proportional compensation structure. We also periodically hire for specialized contract roles — RMT, nutrition coaching, and performance assessment — depending on clinic volume.

What does the onboarding process look like?

+

New coaches go through a 4-week onboarding that covers our assessment protocol (InBody 770, biosignature, VO2 max, movement screen), our programming methodology, and our data-tracking systems. You'll shadow experienced coaches and run supervised client sessions before carrying your own caseload.

What is the studio culture like?

+

Data-driven and results-obsessed — without being clinical. We're a small, tight team at a private facility. No egos, no floor politics. Every decision, from programming to client scheduling, is made around one question: does this produce the best result for the client?

The team is selective. Prove you’re serious.
